the BEST Rapids in the Philippines is Cagayan de Oro River. We were so fortunate to have one of the finest Raft Guides of the country on our raft, Kuya Maldo (along with the other CDO Bugsay Raft Guides who are extraordinary themselves). We may have just tried the ADVANCED LEVEL but we're so going for EXTREME next time around, God willing. So, if you do get to have a chance to try white water rafting in the CDO, make no mistake about it - CDO BUGSAY RIVER RAFTING is the one for you.
