After sunset at Roxas City, Capiz What can you do in this beautiful after sunset seashore? You'd probably take a souvenir photo.  I did take a souvenir photo but I'd do something else that's more fun -- I'd find seashells! Way back in 1993 till summer of 1994 (I was 7), I'd have super fun finding seashells (near the rented beach house we had) during weekend low tides  at the shores of ICC Village at Ozamiz City and bring it home for lunch.  How I did it was pretty primitive for I'd use a trowel to find those seashells. :) Anyway, while I was  writing and enjoying my view, I noticed 2 men (using a different tool as opposed to what I used) what I missed doing, gapanginhason (gleaning seashells).  I wanted to give it a try and have a photo of me doing it and brag it to you!  Hahaha! I guess my intentions just were not supported by any as no one else was around to take my much coveted photo op (the downside of owning an old dslr or being a gal...

I've been meaning to post my poems on blogger since the day I signed up but I got busy until someone borrowed my notebook (of what I consider as precious scribbles) and ...lost it.  I know it's sad but I had a hand why my notebook of poems that took years and years to compile got lost.  It's not like this never happened before.  I had another compilation many years back and a friend borrowed and yes, also lost it.  Much to my dismay, I will need to rewrite those I remember and for those which I can't put together anymore, I guess there's nothing else to do but let it go and move on. Some of which are written for friends but most are personal feelings of love, hate, desperation and anger with a few of those written when I was just 12 years old.  My first poem was about my unrequited grade school puppy love who happens to be a friend of mine on Facebook. I didn't really get to roam around much as we only stayed at Boracay for a night and we were dismayed over the fact that the Cebu-Caticlan flight got delayed for nearly 2 hours.  I originally planned on revisiting Willy's Rock at Station 1 but decided against it.  The long walk I had to take just to get there wasn't worth it for such a short amount of time.  Funny how it never felt that far for me many years back (bahahaha! me being fat plus painful knee arthritis was just a lame excuse for being super lazy).  So anyway, here are some of the photos (first 17 photos :: photo credit, watermarked), courtesy of my Tita (Aunt) Lotis and some more of my photos. :) fat! hehehe my cousin Loreyn is trying to convince me take a dip with her :) ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Boracay Sunset Boracay Life comes in full swing at night. ...
